I just wanted to share how good I have it here. Chillin’ in the back yard in this amazing weather. Thanks to dad for the pic.
Here we are, all at the park and after a LOONG run with dad and Jet. We saw lots of people, dogs, pretty trees and WATER! This was Sophie’s first time out and about. She only has one of 4 shots left so we figured it was safe. Sophie actually ran until she couldn’t run anymore and she just laid down. There’s a picture below. Ok, my paws don’t work so great on dads phone and we are packing up to go home. Woof!
First off, I had to share this picture mommy took of me earlier this morning while I was sleeping on her leg on the couch. Of course, I’m only allowed on the couch when mommy is on it and daddy isn’t around. I snuck in a few minutes of shut eye, or as you can see by the picture, slightly shut eye.
I reported back on April 18 on my “Long Time!! I’m baaaaack!!” post that I had a nick on my left ear and that it finally healed after months. Well, I now have the same nick in almost the exact same place and the same size on my right ear. Daddy finally noticed it a couple of weeks ago. It had almost healed and yesterday I shook my head and the scab came off, so it bled again and we’re back to scab. Keeping my toes crossed it heals back up. I wish I knew how it happens!!
Oh! Another cool thing. Daddy did some yard work last weekend and there’s this cool looking plant. I remember the name was something about bambi and shampoo but I forget the name. It’s over in the corner of the yard where I used to sneak a peak of the passing traffic but now it’s got a border up so it’s not as easy to get back there. Daddy also covered up and put grass down where I was planning a future escape. Back to square 1 I guess.

Well, not really a new middle name like I had one previously. Mommy and daddy apparently picked my first name before they got me. They wanted a Great Dane and the male name was Kilo. Until today they hadn’t picked a middle name. I guess they were waiting for the right name they both agreed on. So, here it is! Rocky! Kilo Rocky Bouterse! Mommy got the idea from the hair coloring on my chest. See pictures below. You can congratulate me by leaving a comment on this post.
